A downtown tradition dating back more than 50 years: thousands of lights across Munn Park, Lake Mirror and Lake Morton, lit after sunset on Thanksgiving. Santa and his reindeer fly atop the Lakeland Electric building, giant toy soldiers guard the Munn Park walkways, and a lit Christmas tree floats on Lake Mirror playing Christmas music. Pairs with December's First Friday, the Lakeland Christmas Parade and a tree lighting in Munn Park.
