A free drive-through holiday light display presented by Chesapeake Parks, Recreation & Tourism at Chesapeake City Hall, with more than 50,000 holiday lights. On select December nights the companion 'Fa La La Land' turns the grounds into a walk-up outdoor wonderland with carolers, face painting, baby goats in holiday sweaters and food trucks.
