Middle Tennessee's largest free outdoor Christmas festival: historic downtown Franklin transformed into the world of Charles Dickens, with costumed characters, carolers, 150+ craft vendors and food, produced each December by the nonprofit Heritage Foundation of Williamson County. A holiday street festival rather than a lights display.
