One of Annapolis's signature holiday traditions: dozens of boats — from small sailboats to large yachts — decked in thousands of colored lights parade for about two hours through Annapolis Harbor, Ego Alley and Spa Creek. Watched free from the City Dock waterfront and street-end parks along Spa Creek. A moving water parade, not a fixed display; the street address given is the prime free viewing spot at Susan Campbell Park.
