Each December, Tempe Town Lake hosts a free, family-friendly evening (4-9 p.m.) with a holiday market, live entertainment, letters and photos with Santa, then the main event: a boat parade of vessels decked out in holiday lights, inflatable characters and creative themes, capped by a fireworks show over the lake.
