Scottsdale's 30-acre city-run railroad park transforms into a walk-through winter wonderland of holiday lights and displays, with rides aboard the Paradise & Pacific Railroad through the illuminated park, the 1950-vintage Allan Herschell carousel, the Model Railroad Building, and food at Hartley's General Store. Operated by the City of Scottsdale Parks & Recreation Department.
