The Roosevelt's grand lobby 'Waldorf Wonderland' is a free, walk-through New Orleans holiday tradition: more than 112,000 lights, 1,600 feet of garland, roughly 4,000 glass ornaments, dozens of Christmas and birch trees, a life-size gingerbread house and a ceremonial lobby lighting, drawing an estimated quarter-million visitors each season.
