The waterfront shopping village on the Intracoastal side of North Myrtle Beach opens the season with Lighting of the Landing: Santa, local dancers and musicians on the Pepsi Stage at Dockside Village, the lighting of a 25-foot-plus live tree, and fireworks over the lake. Holiday decor and lit walkways around the lake carry through December alongside a golf-cart parade, a pet-lights night and New Year's Eve fireworks.
