The free, nightly LED illumination of Niagara Falls, viewed from the American side inside Niagara Falls State Park — the oldest state park in the country. Every evening from dusk (about 4:30 p.m. in winter) until roughly 2 a.m., banks of LED lights wash the American, Bridal Veil and Horseshoe Falls in shifting colors, best seen from Prospect Point at the brink of the American Falls. Free to walk in, open 365 days a year.
