The open-air Oakway Center at Coburg and Oakway roads in Eugene lights its holiday tree at a free annual Tree Lighting Celebration (a 38th annual was held in 2025) featuring real reindeer, live music, and hot chocolate, kicking off a season of holiday lights and decorations around the shopping center.
