Downtown Rochester's free holiday centerpiece: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park transforms into a lit winter village with free ice skating and rentals, Santa's Workshop, The Lodge, a shopping village of local vendors, a giant Gingerbread House and Frosty's Food Court, with live music throughout. The 2025 edition was the 7th annual and drew more than 200,000 visitors. The Liberty Pole lighting parade a few blocks away feeds straight into the village on opening weekend.
