A walk-through after-dark holiday experience the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo debuted in 2025, with nearly one million lights strung across the zoo grounds, an elf-hosted nightly tree-lighting and dance party, s'mores, cookie decorating, the Evergreen Express train, and nose-to-nose reindeer visits on select nights. This is a lights-and-activities event after the animals bed down, not an animal-viewing visit.
